A structural inspection focuses on the home’s foundation, framing, and overall structural integrity. I inspect visible and accessible components, such as the foundation walls, floors, ceilings, and roof framing, for cracks, settlement, or other signs of structural movement. I also evaluate crawlspaces and basements for moisture, water intrusion, or structural damage. My goal is to ensure that the home’s structural systems are performing as intended and provide a stable, safe living environment.
